🧾QR Code Security Audit Records

When you tick the security-audit notice in the QR code generator and generate a QR code, 9H may save the QR code's original content and generated image for security auditing, abuse detection and complaint handling. The data is stored encrypted, kept for 30 days by default and then automatically deleted, and is accessible only to authorized reviewers; where a security incident, complaint or legal obligation is involved, retention may be extended as necessary. You may request access to or deletion of the related records via cp@9h.hk; statutory retention or security logs may be excepted.

📍IP Geolocation Service

To support security review in the admin console, when an administrator views a record, the server may send the public IP address in that record to ipwho.is to obtain the approximate country, region, city and network operator. Results are used only for security review, abuse prevention and operations management, never for advertising profiling or personal behavior tracking. This third-party service may process data abroad; its handling is governed by its own privacy policy. Location data is cached on this site for a period of time, and administrators can delete the related cache.

🛡️How we protect

Full-site HTTPS; minimized server access; logs rotated regularly. You can email us anytime to delete your data.

🍪Cookie

Only essential login session cookies, no cross-site tracking. Logging in uses an essential session cookie; logging out clears the session.
